The Undergraduate Research and Innovation Conference is an initiative that aims to promote scientific research and innovation among undergraduate students. It seeks to create a platform for undergraduate students to showcase their research work and participate in discussions with their peers and with experts in their fields of specialization. This initiative is designed to encourage students to pursue research and innovation and to promote cooperation, communication, and the sharing of ideas among students from the colleges of the University of Bahrain and other educational institutions, such as other local universities, to enhance the culture of scientific research and innovation for undergraduate students from all disciplines, including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Social Sciences, and Humanities. Participants in the conference are encouraged to present research papers and presentations on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to biotechnology, energy, environment, health, and social innovation. Through this conference, students can develop their research skills, learn about new ideas and perspectives, and build relationships with peers, mentors, and experts in the field from various sectors. This, in turn, contributes to the development of a new generation of innovators who will assist in advancing scientific knowledge and the sustainability of the dissemination of scientific research culture among students in their early university years.<\/p>\n
