Laeeq Razzak Janjua – Phd is a finance professional working in a, compliance, and academia, whose journey is characterized by dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Laeeq Razzak Janjua’s academic prowess is reflected in his extensive body of work, which includes the publication of a book on corporate social responsibility as co-author and over 40 academic research papers. These contributions have solidified his reputation as a thought leader and a respected authority in his field, earning him recognition and acclaim from peers and scholars alike. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer at TMF Group, Laeeq Razzak Janjua brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, where he navigates the complex landscape of regulatory requirements with precision and proficiency.

In addition to his role at TMF Group,Laeeq RazzaK Janjua also serves as a lecturer at WSB University in Poland, where he imparts his knowledge and insights to the next generation of professionals.  Prior to his current roles, Laeeq Razzak Janjua  Janjua amassed over 10 years of invaluable experience in the financial industry, having worked with esteemed institutions such as Citi Bank, MoneyGram Payment International, and BNP Paribas.  Driven by a passion for excellence and a dedication to making a positive impact, Laeeq Razzak Janjua continues to be a guiding force in the fields of compliance and academia. Dr. Salwa Elekyabi

Academic Consultant Professor of Public International Law

Prof. Salwa Youssef Elekyabi has served as an Academic Advisor at the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) since 2016, and as a Legal Advisor for the BQA from 2015 to 2023. She is a Professor of Public International Law, who started her academic career in 2005 at Benha University, Egypt. Between 2013 and 2016, she was a faculty member at the University of Bahrain, where she
taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Criminal Law.

Prof. Elekyabi earned her Bachelor of Law (with honors, first class) in 2003 from Benha University, Egypt. She further obtained a Master of Law in 2005 and a Ph.D. in International Law in 2010 from Zagazig University, Egypt. She is also an alumna of the Fulbright Program, having completed it in 2009.

With over two decades of experience in teaching and scientific research, Prof. Elekyabi has also
acquired substantial practical and professional expertise in academic accreditation and quality
assurance reviews of higher education institutions and programs. She has managed institutional and program reviews in Bahrain and participated as a chair and member of review panels both domestically and internationally. Additionally, she has provided consultancy services to higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia, focusing on program and course design to meet the requirements of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA).
She has also conducted numerous workshops in Bahrain and abroad on self-evaluation, report
writing and training external reviewers. Moreover, she has been an active participant in various national committees in Bahrain, offering her expertise to advise decision-makers on academic and legal matters.

Prof. Elekyabi’s achievements include receiving first prize from the International Committee of the Red Cross in its third Arabic writing competition in 2020, on the topic: “The 70th Anniversary of the Geneva Conventions.” In 2024, she was selected among 23 global researchers to contribute to the Center for Studies and Research in International Law and International Relations at the Hague Academy of International Law. She was tasked with writing on “The Institutional Crisis of the International Criminal Court” for the annual publication titled “International Institutions in the Face of International Crises.” Prof. Elekyabi has authored several books and research papers in both Arabic and English, covering Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Criminal Law. In addition to her research activities, she serves as a reviewer on faculty promotion committees in law schools and reviews for several legal scientific journals in Egypt, Bahrain, and the UAE.
