Submission Categories
Students can register under one of the following categories:
Category 1: Recently Published Research
Undergraduate students who recently published part of their undergraduate research can submit their work to be shared with the audience at the conference.
Category 2: Developed Research:
Undergraduate students who have part of their study to be published can submit a full paper and present it in the conference. Authors of high-quality papers will be invited to submit a paper to one of the university journals.
Category 3: Preliminary Research:
Undergraduate students who have work in progress and would like to get feedback on their work can submit an abstract and present it in the conference.

Abstract Submission
- The length of the abstract should be between 250-500 words.
- Specify the submission category.

Paper Submission
- Follow IEEE Paper Templateto submit the paper.
- Use the submission link to upload the paper.
Presentation Submission
- Follow the following presentation submission Presentation Tamplate Ar or
Presentation Tamplate En. - **The presentation duration must not exceed 10 minutes
- Use the submission link to upload the presentation.
